Submit an application to the Dad’s With a Purpose Program here.
Dad’s With A Purpose has two lists: An ACTIVE LIST and an APPLICATION LIST.
When you submit your application, we then:
- Review legal status and sober status (guys with at least 30 days sobriety)
- Schedule phone interview via counselor or applicant
- Consider approving the application
- Approved applicant is then placed on waiting list
